Beth Wood knows no boundaries when it comes to selling real estate. She specializes in Escambia and Santa Rosa County which includes: Pensacola, Perdido Key, Cantonment, Milton, Pace, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Her expertise is in residential, waterfront and new construction.

Professional Experience

Beth received her real estate license in 1979 and her Broker's license in 1981. She chose to make real estate a full time career in 1981. She has received many awards and has been a consistent MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER for over 27 years.

Professional Education & Designations

In 1997 Beth received her Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS). She has completed Course Two and Three towards her GRI.She is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors and served on the Board of Directors for three years.

When Beth is not listing or selling real estate,she enjoys spending time with her four(4) Grandchildren--Steve, Kate, Hugh and Maddy. She loves gardening and belongs to the Pensacola Federation of Garden Clubs. Other hobbies include: The Doe Watchers Investment Club, Bunko, Boating and riding with hubby, Steve, on his "Harley".
